Terms and Conditions
- Only one account is allowed per household,
e-mail address, credit card number, bank account,
and environments where computers are shared
(university, fraternity, school, public library,
workplace, etc).
- DCSC does not accept bets from Finland,
Israel, United States, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, and
Singapore. DCSC reserves the right to request
proof of age, perform checks to verify any
information provided and refuse any application
without further correspondence.
- If you already have multiple accounts you
are NOT eligible for multiple bonuses in your
additional accounts. Any player attempting
to claim multiple bonuses for which they are
not eligible will have his/her account closed
and any winnings on all his/her accounts will
be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.
- DCSC management will only approve fair play
accounts. Players must not be found to be
playing in a manner that is deemed to beat
the system by means other than their own account
activity.
- If while playing at DCSC, you win, you agree
to make yourself available to be contacted
at any given time.
- While DCSC protects all personal data entrusted
to us, we reserve the right to use first names
in any DCSC announcements about promotion
results.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision
of the DCSC Management will be considered
final.
- Employees, supervisors and managers of DCSC,
its promotional or other agencies, licensees
and licensors, service providers and any other
associated or affiliated companies are not
eligible for entry. The same terms apply to
the direct families of such persons.
- Entrants who fail to comply with any of
the stipulated Terms and Conditions of any
of the promotions offered by DCSC will forfeit
their bonus, which will subsequently be removed
from their gaming account.
- DCSC reserves the right to ban any promotional
abusers.
- Only the original account holder is granted
winnings, no transfers are allowed. Any account
that violates this term will be voided and
only the original deposited amount will be
returned.
- All withdrawals will be subject to audit
before being processed. DCSC reserves all
rights to void bonuses or any winnings for
failed audits.
- DCSC management reserves the right to change
or end any promotional offer at any time.
- DCSC management reserves the right to change
any rules of play at any time.
